What is the Just Dance Fix?
It’s a festival of dance! A whole day of actual dance joy with people who love music and dance as much as you do. We bring the very best instructors and music-driven dance and fitness classes together to create an experience like no other.

Where is it on?
The beautiful ballroom space at Matico Dance Studios, 85 Royston Road, London, SE20 7QW is a 5 minute walk from Kent House train station and a 10 minute walk from Penge East, Penge West or Clock House train stations. There is plenty of free parking right outside the building.
The ballroom space is vast, it has a huge dance floor with loads of natural light, chandeliers (I kid you not), a stage and an incredible sound system. The dream is to see it filled to the brim with happy, smiling, dancing people. Whether you’re a complete beginner or whether you’ve been dancing for years, let’s come together and create Just Dance magic …LET’S DO THIS!
Who are we?
We are Fi (the blonde one) and Charli (aka: The Empowering Dance Diva). We are brand creators (Flowetic, Swagalicious, The Showdance Experience and Move) and collectively have over 40 years of teaching experience in the dance and fitness industry. We bring dance into people’s lives on the regular and are fiercely passionate about what we do.

Absolutely not! The Just Dance Fix is for everybody and every body, irrespective of age or ability level. In short, if you love music and dance, this is the event for you. Whether you’ve danced your whole life or whether you’ve always wanted to dance - it’s never to late to start!

If you’re going right while everyone else is going left, all the better, it doesn’t matter! Try not to focus on being perfect, simply enjoy the music and movement and trust that it will eventually start to click. Like learning any new sport or skill, with a bit of practise, you’ll look like a total pro in no time at all!

Just Dance Fix events are a judgement-free zone. Our tribe really are the most encouraging, supportive group of people you could hope to meet so even though you might feel apprehensive about joining us, the important thing is that you muster the courage to get yourself there. Turning up is the hard part - because as soon as you walk through the doors, you’ll soon see that you have absolutely nothing to worry about!

Quite simply, wear whatever you feel comfortable dancing and moving in - comfortable trainers are recommended for most classes.

Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat with you for the Flowetic/Garage Fit classes. There will be plenty of drinking water available onsite for you to fill up your bottles as needed.

There will be plenty of vegan snacks available throughout the day so there really is no need to bring any extra food with you.
