Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. Absolutely!
You don't need any previous dance experience to take part.
Our professional dance instructors are experienced at teaching groups with a wide range of abilities and will break the choreography down step-by-step.
The aim isn't to produce professional dancers — it's to have fun, feel confident and enjoy the experience together.

Hen party packages start at £15 per person.
Our current packages are:
Bronze: £15 per person – 1 hour
Silver: £20 per person – 1.5 hours (our most popular option)
Gold: £25 per person – 2 hours
-
The only additional cost to your hen party is if you require us to organise your hen party venue. In this case, we charge a set rate of £40 per hour for all studio hire in order to keep costs manageable for you.
-
Yes.
We're happy to host groups of fewer than 10 people, but our minimum charge is based on 10 guests.
For example, if five people book the £15-per-person Bronze package, the total cost would be £150, which works out at £30 per person.

We've been teaching and hosting dance-themed hen, stag - and sten parties across London for over 15 years and have a wide range of fantastic venues for you to choose from. You can take a look at the full list of venues that we hire regularly via the booking form. However, if you don’t see a venue that works for you, don't hesitate to get in touch and we’ll do our best to find somewhere that works.
-
Yes! We would be more than happy to come to a London based venue pre-organised by you. If you have already secured a venue, there is obviously no additional charge for venue hire.
-
Whatever you feel comfortable dancing in!
Comfortable clothes and shoes that allow you to move freely are ideal.
We don't recommend dancing in heels, but apart from that, you're welcome to dress up as much — or as little — as you like.
And if you're going all-in on the Swiftie theme, even better!
-
Absolutely!
Choose your favourite era, album or music-video-inspired look and make your hen party as themed as you want.
-
We don't provide costumes or props as part of our dance experiences.
This is mainly because our instructors often teach several classes in a day, making it impractical for them to transport additional costumes and props between venues.
However, you're very welcome to bring your own.
In fact, we recommend it!
That means you can choose exactly what you want and keep your props and accessories with you for the rest of your hen weekend.
If you've got something fun you'd like to use during the routine, let your instructor know and we'll be happy to incorporate it where possible.
-
Yes!
We want the music to mean something to the bride-to-be, so choosing a song that she absolutely loves is always a great place to start.
Perhaps there's a song that reminds her of her partner, a favourite album or an unforgettable moment with the girls.
If you've got a shortlist but can't decide, don't worry. We can help you choose a song that will work well for a group dance routine.
-
Yes!
We encourage you to capture the fun, particularly at the end of the session when you've learnt your finished routine.
It's a great opportunity to create your own dancing hen party video.
-
No.
Although you'll obviously be dancing and moving, the emphasis is on fun, entertainment and celebrating together, rather than fitness.
You don't need to be particularly fit or experienced to enjoy it.

The first step is to complete our hen party booking form with as much information as you currently have.
We'll then check availability with the relevant studio or venue coordinator.
Once your date, time and venue have been confirmed, you'll be asked to pay a deposit to secure the booking.
We'll collect your final numbers, music choices and remaining balance closer to the event, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your hen party date.
“Just Dance was the perfect activity to kick off a hen party weekend for a Beyoncé-obsessed bride. Fi was absolutely lovely, and managed to make even the most nervous and un-coordinated of us relax and enjoy ourselves, with lots of encouragement along the way. The game was hilarious, and we were all so proud of mastering the dance routine at the end - some of us have even resolved to go join dance classes after this! It brought together a group of people who hadn’t all even met each other before, in the best way, and meant we bonded and were in the ideal hen-party mood! I’m so glad we chose Just Dance, and so grateful to Fi for creating what was one of the highlights of the weekend. Highly, highly recommend!”
“Honestly, I can’t put into words how much fun we had on Saturday, our instructor Sarah was just incredible. A huge thank you to the whole Just Dance team for making the experience so brilliant ...we’ve even decided to do the routine on the wedding day!”
