Faye Edwards will kick things off with her incredible dance concept F.I.T. Jam: A fun, confidence boosting, high energy class where you will learn an easy to follow routine set to the sounds of Dancehall, Soca, Urban beats and more!

The legend that is Charlotte Chazel is coming to London! (WHOOP!). Let's put on a musical in ONE hour! Have fun, connect, and perform! Simple, effective choreography and you'll believe you are on Broadway! LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!

About Charlotte CHAZEL

Charlotte is a dance fitness instructor and choreographer and has been teaching and presenting in France since 2003.  Charlotte was a trainer at the Paris Sports School for 10 years and has choreographed 16 musicals, 3 plays and 5 dance shows. She is passionate about dance, theatre and fitness and absolutely loves teaching. Charlotte is a fitness presenter in France, the UK and abroad.

Flowetic with fi!

12:30-1:30pm - Fi will finish off the day with Flowetic - a dance fitness class with more of a holistic feel. You'll dance, tone, stretch and relax (in that order) to some of the best music around. Prepare to leave feeling like a taller, happier version of you!
